Shipping
Lighter Orders: Order minimum is $150.00 for freight prepaid. Orders under $150.00 are subject to a $25.00 hazmat surcharge.
All Other Orders: Order minimum is $75.00 and orders under $75.00 are subject to a $10.00 service charge.
All orders ship from our Omaha, NE warehouse. Also, if you are located outside of the continental United States we will contact you directly to arrange the best shipping method. Please note at checkout shipping will display zero until we can calculate the best method. You may also contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns about shipping.
Returns and/or Damages
Militti Sales & Promotions stands behind its products. All return/refund requests must be reported within 20 business days from the receipt of your order. This is done via a phone conversation with our customer service department at 866-597-0240. Please have as much information (complete merchandise totals and detailed return/refund reasons) available at the time of your call. This will enable us to process your request as soon as possible. All returned items must be in full units and original packaging.
Please Note: At the time of your delivery, please be sure to check all packages for any damages or shortages. If damages or shortages are not noted, claims will be difficult to process and may be denied.
